• Administrative fee and/or security deposit will be forfeited if the reservation/booking is cancelled
• Security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rental) and one month’s advance rental are to be paid upon signing of the License Agreement, and all payments must be made upon check-in.

1. 1 set of bedsheets and a blanket will be available at S$80 per set (subjected to prevailing GST)
2. Selection of preferred bed is available at an additional charge of S$85 (subjected to availability and prevailing GST
